1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phlbet ("phlbet," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the phlbet website located at phlbet.cam, including all games, features, services, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

3 Account Registration & Security

phlbet reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section. If a violation is confirmed, phlbet may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending and historical bets associated with the account, forfeit the account balance, and report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phlbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of phlbet or its content and software suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

12 Termination & Suspension

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities;
• Your voluntary self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure or termination for cause, phlbet will conduct a review of the account balance. If the account has been closed due to a breach of these Terms, phlbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity. If the account is closed at your own request or for non-fault reasons, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phlbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. Both parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
